Moonwalk

Moonwalk is a barangay (a type of administrative division in the Philippines) in the city of Parañaque. It was created in 1978 by President Ferdinand Marcos and has a population of 67,723 as of the 2015 census. Moonwalk is primarily a residential area, but also has a growing number of commercial establishments. The streets in Moonwalk Phase 1 and 2 are named after famous astronauts and figures from NASA’s Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo programs, as well as rocket pioneers and cosmonauts.
