Moncada is a municipality in the landlocked province of Tarlac.
The municipality has a land area of 85.75 square kilometers or 33.11 square miles which constitutes 2.81% of Tarlac’s total area. Its population as determined by the 2020 Census was 62,819. This represented 4.18% of the total population of Tarlac province, or 0.51% of the overall population of the Central Luzon region. Based on these figures, the population density is computed at 733 inhabitants per square kilometer or 1,897 inhabitants per square mile.
