The name of the company was in honor of Do�a Victoria Lopez Araneta wife of Dr. Salvador Araneta. The creation of the new corporation allows the company to focus on the fields of investments and real estate business. This was followed by VLAP,Inc. Acquisition of Victoneta, Inc. through merger (an affiliated company) with VLAP, Inc as the surviving corporation.With the phasing out and spinning off of real estate activities of a former corporation creates the VLAP,Inc. The company was incorporated on February 17,1989.
