In 1996, SRDC bought an 88,000 square-foot building on Clinton Street and transformed it into a multi-tenant business facility. The building houses three corporations. SRDC has also purchased the Jones and Lamson Plant 1 Facility with goals to renovate the property for upcoming commercial operations.
