PREDI was conceived out of the ideas of the key persons of the corporation to build communities and provide the Filipino people with decent, quality and affordable homes.Incorporated on 02 April 2009, while a newly organized corporation, it is not without experience in the field of real estate development. The individuals comprising PREDI are equipped with skills and experience for they are the people behind the success of Woodland Real Estate Development, Inc., a Luzon based subdivision developer, which is now twenty six (26) years in existence.
