Inspired by the desire to continue the steps of its pioneering sister companies in the business, Primeland Properties, Inc. (PPI) was formally founded in 1996. It has, for its primary object, the vision of joining the league of known subdivision developers in the region, vis-à-vis in response to the Government’s Housing Program as embodied in its Vision 2004 whereby it aims and undertakes to provide decent, affordable and quality homes to all Filipinos.Primeland Properties, Inc. (PPI) was incorporated primarily to engage in the real estate business specifically in the development of housing subdivision. Primeland Properties, Inc. office is mainly located in Davao Del Sur.
