Pacific Land Ventures Property Development, Inc. is our company name. We are a real estate development and property management company based in the United States. We are a relatively new company in the real estate industry, having been founded in December 2005. In the first quarter of 2006, we began commercial operations. Our relative young as a company has been more than compensated for by our management team's and people's cumulative expertise and professionalism since then.
