Mt. Zion Memorial, Inc. (MZMI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fil-Estate Management, Inc. (FEMI) was incorporated on May 19, 1999. As a newcomer in the industry, it focuses on two main business areas – memorial park development and memorial lot selling. It ventures into quality memorial park development in partnership with local landowners in major cities and provinces. Its main objective in developing a project is to introduce a kind of environment and amenities that will give its target market the highest expression of immortalizing a loved one who has passed away.
