Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc.

Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc. (incorporated in 1990), a wholly-owned subsidiary,
continued to develop mass housing projects which offer house-and-lot packages and
residential lots. LPHI also ventured into the development and sale of farm/hacienda lots.
Project launches in the past three years included One Aeropolis, Sta. Arcadia Estates, St.
Alexandra Estates, and St. Gabriel Heights in Antipolo, Rizal; Villa Sta. Monica and
Hacienda Sta. Monica in Lipa, Batangas; and Sta. Catalina Village in Dasmariñas,
Cavite.
