Laguna Lands and Estate Development Corporation is a real estate developer primarily engaged in transforming raw land into subdivisions. Starting in 1991, its initial project was Villa Remedios Subdivision with an area of 30,000 square meters located at Brgy. Halang, Calamba City. In the last seventeen years, Laguna Lands has expanded into other towns like Los Banos, Laguna; Pagsanjan, Laguna, and Malolos, Bulacan. It has also ventured into other projects such as tree farming, a beach resort, and a memorial park in Bicol. To date, the company has developed 10 subdivisions.
