Following its 30th year anniversary, founders of Alpa-PCM Inc. declared their vision to continue to aim to be the best in the real estate industry. Now, they have set their eyes on reaching a remarkable milestone in their 50th year.
Engr. Mario R. Alzona, Jr., who is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alpa-PCM Inc., reported that the founders have begun handing over the management and operations of the real estate company to their respective successors in order for it to maximize its potentials in the construction industry.
The Chairman added that they have been able to overcome the initial struggles in building Alpa-PCM Inc. to become what it is today and are hoping their qualified family members will continue to raise the bar.
On the other hand, Engr. Ernesto lsquo;Tom rsquo; Panis, another founder of Alpa-PCM Inc., added that the company has had struggles in the past. This lead to building not just properties, but strong personalities to continue leading the company. Their goal is to significantly benefit in terms of effectiveness and efficiency. In return, Alpa-PCM Inc. will be able to continuously offer good quality work to the clients who are mostly from the private sector.
Alpa-PCM Inc. was founded on October 3, 1985, with the vision to provide customers with high-quality service. It also aims to be one of the prime engineering contractors and real estate developers in the Philippines. It envisions to contribute to the economic growth, its stability, and to the general welfare of the country through the provision of technical services and housing to the homeless Filipinos.
Between the years 1985 to 2007, Alpa-PCM Inc. has developed and consequently sold a number of real estate projects in Metro Baguio and San Fabian, Pangasinan. These include Alpa Ville Loakan Subd., Alpa Ville Tuding Subd., Alpa Ville San Fabian Subd., St Patrick and Postal Ville in Irisan, Pyramid Memorial Park Phase I and II, Kias and Pyramid Memorial Park Phase I, Pyramid Memorial Park Mangaldan, and Fresh Sea Wind Resort.
E.C. Panis Construction, the predecessor of Alpa-PCM, Inc., was operated by Alzona and Panis in 1982, following their employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1980-1981. After which, they started operating on horizontal and vertical construction, with the cadet barracks of the Philippine Military Academy, the multi-purpose recreational center in Balatoc Mines, and the various billion-peso projects at Antamok Mines both owned by Benguet Corporation as its major accomplishments.
