Keys Realty Development Corporation

The Keys Realty and Development Corporation, or KRDC, started its venture in the real estate business back in August 1992. This happened when the economic development in the Philippines was in its early boom. By earning the trust of its employees and clients and by building their reputation, the Securities and Exchange Commission granted their seal of approval for the registration of the company in December 1992.

The name of the company is derived from an organization respected by its owners - the Knights of Columbus. To the knights, a key is a symbol of safekeeping, trust, and responsibility for things that are important to their cause. Since real estate is one of their most important businesses, the word quot;key quot; is a natural fit for the company.

KRDC #39;s main focus is to, not only develop real estate but also to manage and acquire them. By 1995, the company #39;s capital went up to 100 million pesos from 30 million. Its popular projects include Cartagena Grand Villas at Para ntilde;aque, as well as the Keysville Townhomes in Cavite.
