The Felix Gochan Sons Realty Corporation is a family-owned corporation founded in 1922 by Don Felix Gochan. A pioneer in real estate in Cebu City, Don Felix changed the landscape of Cebu City by providing affordable homes for the middle-class. At present, the company now run by the third-generation, children of Ambassador Esteban Gochan, second son of Felix, moving into vertical and horizontal development with its latest venture, The Virginia Hills, a Class ASubdivision.
