HLDC was founded in 1995 by a group of Taiwanese and Filipino professionals whose expertise includes construction management, financial planning and real estate development. With a mission of providing affordable quality housing units, it launched an 8-hectare project, Villa Susana. In less than 3 years, it sold out 80% of its entire inventory. In a span of roughly 5 years, what was originally a rice field had turned into a well-secured, fully functional subdivision with well over 400 houses. What makes Villa Susana unique? First, it is one of the few subdivisions that have a master design and color scheme for the houses. Second, it has its own generator for the water system so that even during power blackout; homeowners are assured of 24-hour water supply. Third all buyers rsquo; requests and complaints are processed and responded within a very short period of time, given the size of the company.
After Villa Susana, HLDC decided to go up a few brackets of the market and came up with a delightful project, called Casan Residencia. It has an area of 3 hectares with bigger and more beautiful houses. What makes it stand out is the remarkable set of amenities that makes the tenants happy and with a healthy lifestyle. This includes the swimming pool, basketball court, children playground, gym, billiard, and a function room even in a place like Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
