The first project of GFLI is at the distinct Bonifacio Global City. The Forum Fort building started construction and the three storey commercial building was completed by early 2004. This building has over 1600 sqm of rentable space and is fully occupied. It also houses the model units, head office and marketing office for SEIBU TOWER.In mid 2005, Golden Forum Land Inc. was able to negotiate for a 1600 sqm lot at the Bonifacio Global City. Soon after, the business model of Seibu Tower was completed and pre-selling of the project commenced in 2006. A 28-storey mixed use (commercial and residential) building located in the prestigious Bonifacio Global City. Home to 320 residential units and 21 commercial units. In 2010 it has been completed and units have been turned over to their respective owners.
