The company is the builder and owner of Sonria while Geo Estate Development is the sole marketing operator and development administrator. Geo Estate is presently headed by Philippine property developer pioneer figure Francisco H. Licuanan III and is backed-up by Miriam Katigbak. Both of them also launched Ayala Land a few years ago.
