Gardenstate Enterprises Inc. is a corporation duly registered with Securities and Exchange Commission on June 13, 2011 primarily to engage in the business of buying, selling, distributing and marketing of all kinds of petroleum products. The corporation has been a partner with a multi-national petroleum company for over 30 years.On January 30, 2014, the company amended its Articles of Incorporation to include the real estate portfolio to handle and manage all of the company’s real estate assets and businesses. The portfolio includes hotel operation, commercial and office leasing in the cities of Davao and Makati. The company is also into land banking in various key areas in Visayas and Mindanao.
