Famtech Properties, Inc. is a partnership formed by Property Company of Friends, Inc. and PH1 World Developer. Famtech's mission is to create family-friendly houses that encourage safety through innovation and engineering technology. Through innovation and engineering technology, they focus on producing family-friendly homes and dwellings that encourage a family's well-being and safety fit for all members of the ordinary family. It consists of 15 mid-rise residential condominium towers. The first and second towers are each eight stories tall, containing 191 residential flats and 44 parking spaces. Aside from the buildings' modern minimalist style, inhabitants may expect a breath of fresh air and safe city living.
