Esgarland Development Corp. (ELDC) was formed, organized and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2005. The principal place of business of the corporation is located at Seneca Plaza Bldg., 1152 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue, Quezon City. Our Kalibo office is located at Unit 8 Q9 Plaza Bldg., 19 Martyrs and Goding Ramos St., Kalibo, Aklan. The ELDC was formed by the incorporators and officers who have gained vast experience in housing and subdivision development over the years, with the vision to provide decent housing to different sectors of the community.
