The company was founded in the 1970s and was launched to construct and rent out commercial buildings. A decade after its birth, the company developed its first project called Dolmar Subdivision found in Pasig City. In the 1990s, the company established the Dolmar Golden Hills as an answer to the government rsquo;s challenge to give Filipinos cost-effective housing projects. The company also developed cheap housing units in Novaliches, Pasig, and Bulacan.
