Dae Bak Development Corporation

The Dae Bak Development Corporation was established in 2011. Their initial project, Shineville I, is located in Punta Princesa, Labangon, Cebu City, and has a lot size of 480 square meters. It was made up of eight sections that were located near schools, hospitals, commercial centers, and other business centers. I sold out of Shineville in less than a year. We started our second project, Shineville II, in the most exciting area in Riva Ridge, Tisa Labangon, Cebu City, early this year. The project has a retail space of 1,392 sq. ft. There are a total of 15 townhouse units on the property. We welcome anyone who want to visit Shineville II, and we are also willing to accept those who wish to rent one of our townhouses.
