Community Innovations

Established in 1988, Community Innovations, Inc. #39;s (CI) original role was to offer services to people with behavioral problems who had trouble securing a home. These created challenges for government agencies, but their services now include confronting the needs of North Carolina rsquo;s intellectually and developmentally disabled (IDD) populace. By offering their services to people who need it most, CI has proven their worth as community developers in the real estate industry.
