Last April 2000, Acetown Development Corporation was first incorporated under the name of Ace Brothers Co. It was registered as a sole proprietorship in accordance with the Company Act. Of 1965. With the incorporation underway, Ace Brothers managed the design and construction of workshops and factories on a turnkey basis for the local Johore market. Due to their perseverance and hard work, their first ever project of Taman Industry Malim Jaya has handled sales well and had surprising response from investors. They sold a total of 242 units in just their first month.

The impressive sales performance just shows the outstanding service and how committed the company is to its valued patrons. After the company rsquo;s success and swift growth, the company has broadened its project last 2001 to the housing and commercial development at Taman Paya Rumput Indah with a total of about 1,100 units. The buyers were so impressed with the creative design and quality built by the company. This made the project so successful within the next 5 years. Until today, the project is still famous all through the Johore property. Ever since its success, the company has developed and finished more projects in Sungai - Taman Sungai Indah and Bukit Rambai - Taman Bukit Indah.

The company was rebranded last January 2008 and is now known as Acetown Development Corporation. Since the formation of the company, the lists of projects had increased steadily and now include housing and commercial development at Taman Krubong Jaya. The project covers a total of 150 acres of land and is overall completion is expected to be in 2018.
